The Mines 161

Colonial architecture design language is well presented in our bungalow project, Mines 161. The building design was inspired by Wawasan Open University, a heritage building located in Penang, Malaysia. The façade were constructed in flat surface, all ornaments and decoration elements that projected out from the wall surface were precast GFRC cladding. GFRC can be cast into any intricate pattern and three-dimensional elements, allowing us to replicate the heritage building in Penang to a new building in Kuala Lumpur.
